The Revolution started with a simple idea — bring a little Southern California sunshine to the south side of Dublin. The Revolution has been serving some of Dublin's best pizza since 2014, right in the heart of Rathgar, Dublin 6. Grab a taco and a cold one, chill with great pizza and a glass of red, or just take it easy with good people. We'll handle the rest.

We slow-ferment our dough for 72 hours. We fire-roast our salsas. We pour beer cold and serve plates fast. Whether you're after pizza or tacos in Rathgar in Dublin 6, or a pint after work — you'll find us behind the navy door.
